ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

Any exterior changes to your property need ARB approval. The ARB meets when it receives a request and has thirty days to respond.

If you are adding a fence or a pool you must submit the change overlaid on a survey of the property so that the ARB may know how the change fits on your property. A deposit may be required if your plans involves the irrigation system.

Welcome

The site is intended as a helpful resource for all residents and prospective residents. The homeowners association (HOA) Board of Directors will use it to keep everyone informed of neighborhood news, rules, meetings and more.

Oak Trees

The oak trees in Palm Isles were trimmed two years ago, the rest of the oaks, in Palm Pointe and around the perimeter of the property will be trimmed on Thursday July 29th, weather permitting. If you have an oak tree overhanging your property please remove any fragile items near them so that the workers can do their job. Also any pets need to be restrained as well. The trimming will not take very long if everyone helps.

Garbage

The rules state that your garbage cannot be left at the curb before 5:00 PM the day before pickup. Our garbage days are Tuesday and Friday so no sooner than Monday evening and Thursday evening should there be any bags or cans at the curb.
Weeks with a holiday on a Monday moves the pickup a day later, to Wednesday and Saturday.
Vegetation waste material is picked up on Wednesday so if you trim your plants on Saturday you cannot put the trimmings at the curb until Tuesday evening. Keep them out of site until then. Ignore the rules, pay the fine.
