Any exterior changes to your property need
approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB meets when
it receives a request. The
Architectural Review Board is, by rule, independent of the Board of
Directors, their decisions cannot be overturned by the Board. The
ARB will review a request based on the rules and documents of the
Association and will decide based on the aesthetics of the
Community.
If you are proposing a swimming pool, patio or
any similar change that will alter the landscape on your property
you must keep our irrigation system functional during the
construction. The Association’s irrigation contractor, must be allowed to inspect any
changes in order to insure no interruptions to your neighbor’s
yards and that your own yard is properly irrigated when the job is
completed. These costs will be yours. The sprinkler pipes must not
be under any of the new construction.

manager for an ARB form or download the document here. |
